Worcestershire VS Early Years Spring Summer 2023

KCA have worked with Worcestershire Virtual School for many years introducing different cohorts of practitioners to the ATR knowledge base. To build on the success of this work so far, a further Cohort of early years practitioners will be invited to take part in a training package to either introduce them to Five to Thrive and Trauma Informed Practice or to further embed their knowledge of the neuroscience and understanding of the importance of relationships into their day to day work. Two core and three supplementary modules are being offered to ensure the Attachment Aware Trauma Informed knowledge base is sustainably developed across Worcestershire Early Years provision.

For staff new to the knowledge base there are 2 online core models to attend:

Five to Thrive and the Importance of Connected Relationships - 17 Jan 24 (4pm to 6pm)

Understanding Toxic Stress and Trauma and Promoting Recovery during a time of Collective Adversity - 21 Feb 24 (4pm to 6pm)

For staff who have attended the above training OR have recently received KCA delivered ATR training within the past 2 years then there are 3 further online optional modules available:
